Seated Qigong

On Wednesday mornings in June and July, the online sessions are exploring seated qigong including the eight brocades of Li Ching-Yun.

Seated qigong is beneficial to those of limited mobility, persons recovering from operations or those who lack energy or suffer from chronic fatigue. For the able bodied, by being seated, there is greater work on the spine, improving flexibility, the immune system and overall health. Those who wish, can perform the sets standing.
