Join us on Monday evenings (7pm BST) and Wednesday mornings (10.30 am BST) as we practice different qigong sets, breath practices and self massage via the medium of Zoom.
Ideal for beginners and those with some experience of martial arts, energy work or yoga. Follow along and the benefit of qi as a self healing and health maintenance practice.
