Online Qigong Classes

30 mins of simple qigong breathing and movement.

Relieve stress (and boredom), and strengthen the immune system. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Wednesday 20 May 10.30 am Monday 25 May 7.00 pm

If you wish to participate, send me an email at including name and email address and which session (or both) that interests you. I will then send you log in details. A waiting room system will be in place for security.

At this time there is no charge for these classes.

If these are successful I will extend the class to one hour on a regular basis.
