I was due to reopen my practice at Easter following surgery. However due to the current Covid -19 emergency all Classes and Healing Sessions are suspended for foreseeable future.
In the meantime to assist in strengthening your immune system you may wish to practice as follows:
A Breath Practice - include long inhale and long exhale through the nose if possible.
A movement practice - any number of moves from a qigong set, or yoga, or pilates, or even dance.
Self applied massage - ears, hands and feet, and along the lines of the meridians.
And if available
Plenty of fresh air
Plenty of filtered or spring water
Plenty of good quality food.
